Cycling

The first time we tried cycling together was during David’s last visit to Singapore just before the borders shut due to the pandemic. On David’s previous visits to Singapore, we were busy exploring places on foot and in Busan it was too cold for Nora for us to cycle.

Cycling, of course, as we all know is a healthy option of exercise. As we wanted an activity that is not too strenuous and also allows us to explore places, cycling is perfect! This outdoor activity, can help lower stress levels by being in open spaces. When done together, it’s a wonderful pastime to not only get fit together but also to bond, have fun and invoke the couple’s youthful spirit. It gets better when we include some delicious reward at the end of each cycling trip! This is definitely an activity that we have chosen to continue with, as soon as we are reunited after the border reopens.

Do you and your partner like cycling too?

Do share with us your experience and how it has helped in strengthening your relationship by leaving us a note.

Our very first cycling trip just before the borders shut due to the pandemic. The beauty of this beach also played a part in making us look forward to more cycling trips in the future. See how ‘youthful’ we’ve become after just one cycling trip together? 🙂
